Make some time self care and wellbeing. Join us for a Restorative Flow session with deep breathing, prayer, scripture and stretching to release the tension from mind and body. Learn how to support lymphatic flow and release the stress from your nervous system. Then enjoy light refreshments and free samples while we have a Licensed Functional Health Therapist share on how to regulate the nervous system and brain nutrition to support improved clarity, focus, emotional regulation, and hormone balance.
