Get ready to feel rejuvenated! Join us for a refreshing and gentle 50 minute Therapeutic Yahweh Yoga Session with integrated Aromatherapy, Worship and meditating on God's word. If you need a break, quiet time, or just some stress relief, this is for you! Bring your Yoga mat and come prepared to relax & enjoy. (we have a few extra just in case) This is a free class, but donations are welcome to cover supplies. We can't wait to see you soon! Zoom Option Available also!

Cancellation Policy

I also have a cancellation/ rescheduling fee of $25 due to necessary child care arrangements. To avoid the fee, you can contact me to cancel or reschedule 5 days or more before your appointment day.
