Get ready to feel rejuvenated! Join us for a refreshing and gentle 50 minute Therapeutic Yahweh Yoga Session with integrated Aromatherapy, Worship and meditating on God's word. If you need a break, quiet time, or just some stress relief, this is for you! Bring your Yoga mat and come prepared to relax & enjoy.
